40 on Bingil is a newly constructed, contemporary house designed for the tropics, a fusion of styles suited to a fun and casual lifestyle.

Dressed in vibrant colours and equipped with all conveniences 40 on Bingil provides a modern sanctuary for a couple or a family with children.

The open plan design is accentuated by the louvered windows bringing the outside in, the bi-fold doors continue the theme by extending the lounge room onto a spacious covered deck, from where it's only a few steps to the sun deck and fully fenced pool. Also equipped with Reverse Cycle Air-Conditioning in both bedrooms for those occasionally chilly nights.

The outside deck is where you'll spend most of the time, great for drinking your morning latte -made from the machine in your own kitchen- the evening meal, watching the kids play in the pool or admiring the landscaped gardens.

The interior is tastefully decorated with an oversized daybed taking pride of place in the lounge room, the main bedroom pavilion is very private with its own pebbled courtyard and patio. The bathroom is functional and modern with a rain shower.

40 on Bingil is a short walk from beautiful Bingil Bay beach or a more adventurous hike through the rainforest to secluded Brooke's beach. The rainforested Bicton Hill walk is a great morning's activity providing fantastic views of the area and Dunk Island from the summit. The convenience store is located 50 m up the road and the Beach bus provides an hourly service to Mission Beach shops and restaurants.
