The house is white and bright and features limed louvres throughout. As you come through the front door you are presented with expansive ocean views and the soft sands of Mission Beach just a few meters away. Walk through the living area and you are greeted with an open plan where you can relax and unwind on Dedon lounges and gaze out to Dunk Island and the Coral Sea or ponder what you will create in the gourmet Miele kitchen.
The kitchen features an industrial size 90cm oven, combi microwave, huge double door fridge and dishwasher, all by Miele. A Nespresso machine and pods are provided along with a variety of appliances for the modern chef. The 8 seater dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and offers an alfresco feel when you open the bi-fold doors onto the poolside BBQ terrace. The kitchen also offers a wall mounted TV to catch the news whilst preparing dinner. The TV room adjoins the living area and can be left in full view of the kitchen or closed off with ultra sized cavity sliding doors to make a 5th Bedroom with sofa bed and adjoining bathroom.
On this ground level, there is a queen bedroom and twin bedroom with shared bathroom. The TV room has a queen size Jardan fold out sofa bed plus ensuite bathroom. The upstairs is the Parents Retreat with 2 bedrooms and a second living area, complete with, bar fridge, TV and Bose iPod music system. The master room features a king size bed and an enormous over-sized limestone bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite also. Both rooms have reading lights. Relax on your bed or kick back on the outside day bed and take in the stunning sunrises over Dunk Island each morning. Retreat upstairs and put your feet up on the Gloster sofas enjoying your Gin and Tonic or turn on the TV and watch a movie. Views from upstairs are spectacular looking out to both Dunk and Bedarra Islands. A great spot to get away from everyone!
