At Sanctum Massage I do things a little bit different. I take the time to get to know your history and what pain or issue is most effecting your overall well being. I do this, so I can assist you in... reaching your treatment goal and that you leave floating on cloud 9. Every detail of your treatment has been consciously selected and has meaning and purpose. My focus is to create space in your joints and to initiate facial movement and soften muscular tension. My greatest interest is working on opening up your energetic channels, freeing up stuck energy so that it may flow harmoniously once more. I work on the principles of leverage, motion and timing. You will be taken on a journey into a deeply relaxed state whilst your body is rhythmically rocked and opened to release stored up tension. Treatments Signature Bodywork ~ 60 mins $70 90 mins $100 Designed to rhythmically open you up and create space in your joints, initiate fascial movement, soften muscular tension and target any areas of discomfort and pain. Heal your body, heal your spirit. Kahuna Bodywork ~ 90 mins $110 Designed to restore balance to the body systems using calming long flowing movements at different speed and depths. The principles of motion, leverage, timing and self awareness promote self healing. This treatment will improve fluid and nerve circulation, joint mobility and muscular flexibility. Recommended for clients who are prepared to take their self-healing journey to the next level. Mohala Floor Bodywork ~ 90 mins $110 (Mohala is Hawaiian & means to press open like a flower) This Bodywork is deeply relaxing and performed on the floor, fully clothed with no oil. Mohala is a combination of Thai/Yoga massage and Kahuna Bodywork based upon the principles of motion, leverage and timing. I use rocking, stretching, joint rotations, compression, foot, neck and face massage to move stuck energy that seizes muscular mobility and restricts range of motion to bring your vital body systems back into harmonious flow. This will leave you feeling restful to the core of your being and is a great treatment for men. Elemental Hot Stone Bodywork ~ 90 mins $120 This treatment is the same as the Signature Bodywork ,with the added benefit of Hot Stones. They are placed on your body to further assist with softening and releasing of your stored up tension and discomfort. This adds an extra depth and a grounding element. The Hot Stones are left in position working their earthly magic, while other parts of your body are massaged. Pregnancy Bodywork ~ 60 mins $70 90 mins $100 The perfect treat for the soon to be mother. Let me soothe your pregnancy aches and discomfort, while you focus on deep rest . This treatment is the same as the Signature Bodywork with the additional safety precautions taken during Pregnancy. Only for women in their 2nd trimester and beyond! Crystal Face Therapy ~ 60 mins $70 This therapy is similar to a facial with the added benefit of special techniques that allow the stress and tension melt away from muscle tissue from resting on the facial bones. I use a quartz crystal roller to help reduce inflammation and lessen the appearance of lines and wrinkles. This treatment will reduce pore size, puffiness and eliminate toxins with lymphatic drainage. Australian botanical products used. Dreamy! Sole Delight ~ 30mins $40 Our feet get so neglected in our daily lives, but really they are the foundation for our entire being. In this treatment your feet and calves are the focus. After being soaked in a delicious and detoxifying foot bath, these areas are then exfoliated using a nourishing scrub and massage techniques. Followed by a hydrating massage using reflexology points to allow for energizing and detoxifying. All this pampering whilst sipping on herbal tea and Byron Bay cookies. This is a great treatment to add to a Bodywork! Chakra Balance ~ 30 mins $40 In this treatment I use specific crystals placed on your corresponding seven main chakras, to help balance and open up any energetic blockages. I use a pendulum at the beginning to determine where any imbalances are and again at the end of the treatment to see if they have cleared. Feedback can then be given to the client. This is a great treatment to add to a Bodywork! Reiki ~ 30 mins $40 Reiki is a form of energy healing that works on all levels, the physical, spiritual, emotional and mental bodies. It promotes healthy flow of energy and energizes and heals the body using universal life force energy that flows through all living things. In this treatment, I connect to this energy channel and I am working mainly above your body in your bio-energetic field. I will place my hands to different areas of your body at different times throughout the treatment. This is a great treatment to add to a Bodywork! Sacred Sounds ~ 90 mins $120 Ready to reach your inner bliss? This treatment combines the signature massage, warmed hot stones and Tibetan singing bowls. This combination will take you to a deeply grounded space within, whilst the singing bowls will work on balancing and clearing any blockages in your energetic field. Dreamy! Holistic Bliss ~ 90 mins $120 Ready to align your energetic being as well as your physical? This treatment uses a combination of the Signature Bodywork, Reiki and a Chakra balance. You will leave feeling energized and in a state of divine balance. Zen Goddess ~ 90 mins $140 This treatment combines the Signature Bodywork as well as the Crystal Face Therapy. The combination will leave you feeling a deep sense of rest and reset. You’ll leave feeling like a Goddess!
