5 O’clock is located at Wongaling Beach, just across the road from the beach. From the time you enter you will relax and unwind, you will be in holiday mode. The spacious open plan living dining kitchen area is a fabulous space with wonderful high ceilings. Open the sliding doors and let the sea breezes in or on the warmer days close up, put on the air conditioning whilst you laze on the comfy couch reading that book or catching up on some TV.
Cooking will not be a chore as you create that masterpiece or close the kitchen for the night and go out to Spicy Thai Hut, Mission Beach Resort or travel a little further to Mission Beach Village and try one of the casual restaurants with their tasty local creations – Castaways Resort, The Garage, Mission Beach Tavern……..

We stayed for just over a week & know the area well as we have lived in the district before, so pretty much just chilled for the entire time( but plenty to do/see in the area ). Good view from the front deck. The plunge pool was perfect to cool off in the afternoon ( full sun in the morning). The beds were comfortable and clean. The kitchen has basic equipment, etc. Hosts were very responsive.

Five o'clock was very enjoyable. It has lots of room and is very comfortable. The pool is lovely and being across the road from the beach is fantastic, even in the wet season. The bathroom and 2 toilets made life convenient. Washing machine and dryer good in wet season. A most enjoyable visit to a beautiful place. We even saw cassowaries nearby!

Great holiday house for our family plus the Grandparents. Beautiful glimpses of the ocean and Dunk Island from the front verandah. Short walk across the road to Wongaling Beach. Comfortable, easy living with everything you need to cook and serve family meals. Would love to return soon.

Great spot to stay if you are visiting Mission Beach. Hilary and Vicki's place was very homey and had everything we needed. They also left some good recommendations for things to see around the area. Unfortunately our weather wasn't great so didn't get to enjoy the pool but the outside space was lovely and welcoming. Would stay again!
