Lillypads makes the very best of the tropical rainforest setting, featuring two rainforest Cottages that are set harmoniously within the vivid green rainforest. Couched between the Rainforest and the Great Barrier Reef and only minutes to the quaint village of Mission Beach situated on the beach overlooking Dunk and Bederra Islands.
The Cottage's overlook the lily lagoon and gardens with views to the mountain range. The lagoon and gardens are designed to attract the splendid rainforest creatures.
These 2 bedroom - 2 bathroom luxury rainforest Cottages offer open plan living - kitchen area opening onto screened indoor - outdoor verandas. You can sit and gaze over the lily lagoon from the front verandah or you can relax in your spa tub on the back verandah and gaze in to the rainforest. Bliss.......
The kitchen has it all for the Home Chef - cooking will be a pleasure not a chore.

We absolutely loved our stay here! So much that we didn’t want to leave to explore mission beach! It was the perfect getaway amongst nature and felt like even though we were inside, we were very much in the rainforest too. Can’t wait to come back!

Lillypads Red cottage is an amazingly beautiful and tranquil space, the spa overlooking the rainforest was a major highlight for us. The cottage is beautifully appointed and we would recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful stay in the rainforest near beautiful Mission Beach. Superb in every detail. Attention to every possible guest need is exceptional. Like having your own private luxury cottage in a botanical garden. And the location is unbeatable. The cottage was the perfect location for my family and I to base ourselves and explore Mission Beach and the surrounds. The cottage backs onto rainforest and a small creek, with big beautiful bamboo towering over the place. A quick 3 minute drive to the beach and main strip. I highly recommend.

Lillypads Red Cottage was an amazing stay. The place was immaculate and it was so quiet while being a quick drive to beach and restaurants at Mission Beach. Absolutely baby and toddler friendly as the cottage is completely lockable to protect from pond, pool and outdoor wildlife…while not impacting on the feeling of being in nature. The bamboo forest right at the doorstep made a beautiful serene noise in the wind that was a delightful surprise. Thanks for a memorable stay!

We spent a week in this beautiful piece of heaven. The hosts are amazing and the place is unbelievable. It is the perfect combination between the rain forest and the beach. On arrival we found fresh fruits and eggs on the table and a cupboard full with everything you need to cook a delicious meal. Will definitely come back and recommend the property to our friends.

This is probably the only place in the world where you can see a cassowary at the lawn in front of the cottage! The cottage is also very beautiful, and jacuzzi is a lovely touch.

Fabulous ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a well equipped peaceful and private cottage, perfect for a romantic couples getaway from it all.The cottage has all you need for a short or long stay, covered and screened veranda the place to be to listen to and view all the Rainforest has to offer. Minutes from Mission Beach and the ocean, so much to see and do right on your doorstep on The Cassowary Coast, truly a little piece of paradise.
