Sully’s Beach House is conveniently located just a short walk from The Bowerbirds Pantry, a local favourite for coffee and delicious local produce, as well as Tuskers at the Beach, which is perfect for dine-in or takeaway meals.
Bringing a boat? The house has ample space for parking and washing down your boat. The South Mission Beach Boat Ramp is located at the southern end of the beach, while the Hull River Boat Ramp is just a short drive away. For all-weather boat access, the Clump Point Boat Ramp in North Mission Beach is only a 10-minute drive away.
With the beach right across the road, you’ll have your toes in the sand in no time. Take a walk south along the beach, and you'll discover the Kennedy Walking Track—an absolute must-do for nature lovers.

From April 18, 2025 to April 21, 2025 inclusive, a minimum stay of 4 nights apply to all bookings.
From June 28, 2025 to July 22, 2025 inclusive, a minimum stay of 7 nights apply to all bookings.
From September 20, 2025 to October 12 2025 , inclusive, a minimum stay of 7 nights apply to all bookings. Bookings must be Saturday to Saturday unless stay is greater than 7 nights.
